Homeland Security / Law Enforcement covers many fields, including:

- Police City Centre Fixed Systems
- Customs and Border Control
- Ports and Airports Surveillance and Control
- Military Usage
- Rapid Deployment Systems
- CT - Covert and Remote Systems
Instant extremely precise recognition and rapid response are the main features in our Homeland Security / Law Enforcement Suite. All CitySync systems are fully NAAS compliant.
NAAS exists to enable development and integration of ALPR systems used by the England, Wales and Northern Ireland Police services, allowing compatibility across police forces and compliance to common national standards. These standards are the National ACPO ANPR Standards.
Up to 256 lengthy hotlists can be checked in real-time as a vehicle passes – or data can be recorded and transmitted to the Police Back Office (BOF2) or the CitySync Jet BOF for wide area collation and data mining. Color overviews or video clips can be recorded and data can be sent by many methods including Wireless LAN and 3G.

All reads are saved with GPS co-ordinates and immediate mapping shows where and when vehicles were read for straightforward visual data analysis.
Jet Mobile has an uncomplicated touch-screen interface and allows complete control of all vehicle cameras to a police officer with simple visuals displaying tracked vehicles, instant alarms with user-defined priority levels.
To complement this powerful software suite is a range of ALPR Cameras including the new compact dual-lens JellyBean camera. This small aerodynamic camera can be roof mounted on a vehicle and read plates up to 20m away at high speeds, capturing an additional colour evidential image. An optional IP version is available allowing instant connection to an in-car laptop.
The longer range Fox and covert cameras can read plates at over 30m – or survey roads and entrances of up to 6m wide with one camera! This improves precision and decreases installation cost.
Processors include the rugged roadside Blackbird, the up-pole compact Silverbird and the in-car Bluebird range. The Bluebird can monitor 16 lanes of ALPR and has video recording options and an internal battery backup for vehicle use.
Less powerful compact processors can be utilized where vehicle space is at a premium.
