Jet-BOF ALPR Back Office Suite

Jet-BOF is an entirely functional back office system offering storage, matching and reporting of ALPR data using an industry standard Microsoft SQL server database.

It is a robust and completely scalable solution designed to handle huge and complex fixed site, in-car and mobile ALPR systems for high-end clients such as police, customs, local authorities etc.

Jet-BOF is able to receive, process and store millions of reads per day along with their associated plate and overview images or motion video clips. This data can be archived and stored for several years if required.

Extended management facilities permit the user to smartly cleanse the stored ALPR records enabling them to be extracted from the archive based on particular rules or time scales. The design and construction of the system is vastly modular making it possible to be modified and adapted to best fit individual client applications.

The client and management tasks are supported by either a desktop windows application or a web-based interface offering numerous users to link safely to the Jet-BOF server via any remote PC with a standard web browser and internet connection. (Requires Microsoft JVM or Sun Java).

Jet-BOF is designed to offer each user to organize and handle their own local ALPR systems. However, for added protection, “rights-based” accounts are allocated to clients allowing the administrator to control in fine detail every operators overall environment, this can be centered on Cameras, PNC, Hotlists etc.

This fundamental tool permits the administrator to supervize client information on a “need to know” basis offering restrictions over sensitive data throughout descrete operations. Effective user functions offer operators to complete connect with the ALPR environment in real time.

i.e. the facility to amend misreads on the fly, recheck against the matching database criteria and reallocate these corrections throughout the system.

The on-board GIS mapping feature offers an added benefit to the operator interface overlaying alert information in real time onto comprehensive maps which allows the operator to clearly pinpoint the alert position. User activity is entirely audited and this data can be evaluated by the administrator through the client application.

Jet-BOF Specification
The retreived ALPR data can be matched against numerous Hotlists, Bulk Hotlists, NCIC and PNC Fast Track in real-time. Real-time signals are circulated to all users and can be transmitted as an audible/visual alert or as an SMS, email or pager message. A logged-in user has the facilty to separate what alerts they receive locally, on the ANPR system based on camera situations, Hotlists and PNC markers.

Jet-BOF supports numerous “Standard Hotlists” (up to 50,000 vehicles) and also recognizes up to four “Bulk Hotlists” (more than 50,000 vehicles) such as DMV and SOS. The system uses a wizard based method to import external Hotlists allowing any format file to be received as a Hotlist into the system. Once an exclusive profile for a Hotlist has been set up additional updates can be dealt with by a simple file drop or email. A superior and complex search service is offered allowing detailed mining of bulk ALPR data based on Partial or Full VRM, Date/Time, Hotlist, PNC marker, Camera, Location, Make, Model, Color etc. These search outcomes can also be exported into standard file types such as pdf, xls and doc for future use and onward distribution.

To complement its superior search engine Jet-BOF offers an exceptional report generator allowing mined data to be accessible in various user friendly layouts. These reports can be entirely customised by the administrator to provide further information such as vehicle flows, vehicle counts, alert statistics etc. Standard “Daily Reports” can also be configured to report automatic day to day statistics from the system and these can be circulated by email to several administrators.
